Millennium Restaurant Group was formed by a group of restaurateurs from the Kalamazoo, Michigan area. In creating MRG, the managing partners pooled as many resources, talent, and experienced personnel as possible to collaborate and enhance each unique and individual restaurant of the NEW Martell's, Epic Bistro, The Union Cabaret and Grille, Fieldstone Grill, Martell's Tavern in Coldwater, Cityscape Events, and the upcoming Central City Tap House.
The integrity of each Millennium Restaurant location stands alone, with its own concept, menu, identity and reputation. Each is a complete-service dining environment, with a full bar and creative kitchen.
