John Robertson
John Robertson will be celebrating his 2 year anniversary with Millennium in August 2010! He has a real passion for food and has been around it for most of his life, working in both restaurants and butcher shops.
John went to culinary school at the "Secchia Institute for Culinary Education" where he earned an A.A.A.S. in Culinary Arts and also takes a lot of inspiration from his mentor Chef Eric Gillish from The Union Cabaret & Grille. John loves rustic food, and utilizing raw ingredient to the highest extent.
