Think route 66...  blues, jazz, funk and more! Try food from the great food states, like Texas, Kansas, and the Carolinas (best Gumbo in town, 6 different signature BBQ sauces, Saint Louis-style ribs, and more).   For an array of classic southern-inspired dishes Chef Daniel Erwin have you covered. Try house favorites like the famous "Portabello Fries" as an appetizer, or choose from one of the "BBQ and Braises" options for an entree.  The music on this day is also inspired by the south with Southern-Style Jazz and "classic standards" along with some good-ol'-fashioned Gospel when we can make it happen.  You will NOT be disappointed! In the mood for something sweet to end your night? If you have any questions about the authenticity of the food, let us address that right now!  Our culinary team could not be more ideally suited for this style of cooking.   Chef Daniel Erwin and his team got their cooking chops in New Orleans.  Former Chef Eric Gillish who was in place when the menu was created, worked in Kansas City upon graduating from culinary school.  They have brought the flavors from the "South" and put a little bit of  the "North" in them as they both have midwestern roots.
